Winning The Hearts

WHT is a conference on long-term investment in human capital assets and an event for top teams of small, medium and big businesses. The project was created in order to change the perspective of the Russian business community on the role of people in the development of successful companies and to increase the consciousness of the business choice. The identity of the project is based on two simplified hearts: the heart of the employer and the heart of the employee.
